In 2017, Oldan Jones built Clear Choice Paving & Koncrete from the ground up — starting with sealcoating and growing it into one of Colorado Springs’ most complete paving and concrete operations. Before that, he founded American SealCoat, where he developed the hands-on expertise that still drives every job today.
The difference with Oldan: he shows up personally to every project. Not a foreman. Not a subcontractor. Him — inspecting the site, overseeing the crew, and walking the finished job with you before he leaves.
